Going to the Gym
It always makes everyone and anyone feel better about themselves. If someone is eating really bad and feels down about themself all the time, well this is something great to talk about.
I used to go to the gym almost daily, and I miss it.
I've been in so many different gyms and through so many different memberships at numerous places. I am currently thinking on starting it again and getting healthier again.
One great fact that I need to eliminate from my life in order to do that is smoking. Smoking is by far the worse thing to start as a kid, and I regret starting every day of my life.
I used to listen to people lecture me about how bad it is, and people telling me to stop, over and over again. I have realised, and it did help me when they lectured me, and today I am ashamed of not having listenned to them.
There are so many thousands of things to put in your body, why choose cigarettes?
There are so many things your body can crave, why make it crave nicotine and 4000+ chemicals each cigarette?
Sometimes I really wonder what I've gotten myself into since I have been a non-stop smoker for over 4 years. Quitting smoking is very hard once it's ''too late'' as people say. But I believe it is never too late, and I am quitting soon.
Stay with me to find out if this will happen, and if I can get healthy again.
I will send feedback!
Fast food
I'm really starting to miss my good eating habits, and sometimes it's all because of who you're with, what mood you're in, or worse of all... CRAVINGS.
I'm always craving fast foods lol.
Let's face it, I used to eat healthy foods only, every day, all year long. Now adays, I'm eating pizza, Wendy's baconators, and mcdonalds.
I really miss my old eating habits and I am really starting to think about making some changes.
I have come down to the conclusion that I am from now on not touching any fast foods for a while and switching back to eating healthy again. Even if I have to spend some money to get my good habits back, at this point I don't care.
I've been wanting to change my habits but have not done it yet in a couple months, and the result of that, well I see it.
Meeting old buddies
Today I was walking around with my girlfriend and I saw a good friend from a while ago. Sometimes it's really cool seeing friends you haven't seen in a while, and the change about them, and to talk about good old times.
Throughout the bad times and the good times... It really doesn't matter when it`s been a long time. It's good to see a friendly face even though you've had bad times together. Sometimes it gets rough being around the same crowd for too long, but eventually people split apart. When you split apart from friends, and years later see them again, you just forget about those bad times, it's just amazing seeing how much each other changed, and how things are going.
Even though there were those rough times, the best part is talking about the good times there were in the past. As Bob Marley said ''Good times we've had, and good times we've lost... Along the way.''
Try talking to old friends and catching up on the good old days.
It's always awsome seeing these people because of all the time you were together, and suddenly all the good times you've missed out on.
Give em' a call!
Wonderland - Part I
I`m pretty excited since I have not been since I was around 11 years old. The season passes are $59.99 if you have a group of 4 people or more. I find this is very convienient since all you really need to do is get 3 friends or siblings to go with you and also get a pass.
I am most likely going to be going with my brother, my girlfriend, and her brother. I wasn`t planning on going with 4 people at first but it turns out that I need to in order to get a season pass.
I am really looking forward to this, it should be lots of fun. Most of all, I just can`t wait to try out the new rides, I've been hearing alot about the new rides, such as very heart-lifting ones called ''Behemoth'' and ''Italian Job''.
I can`t wait! Hopefully I see some friendly faces there!

Bob Marley
Once in Trentchtown, Bob Marley (Robert Nesta Marley), comes across a great singer, Joe Higgs, and starts taking singing lessons with him. Soon enough, in 1962, he writes his first song called ''Judge Not'' for the producer Leslie Kong. His music gets listenned to over the radio and people just aren`t too into the Ska (fast paste jamaïcan music) that he is coming out with, but Bob holds on tight and keeps his head up high, praying to the lord his music will not fail.
In 1963, Bob forms with Junior Braithwaite, Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer, a group they will call The Wailers. In 1964, all together they obtain a contract with Studio One, but all and all, The Wailers just cannot manage to sell enough copies of Bob Marley & The Wailers, and Bob decides to quit and head back to Jamaïca with his son Ziggy, his daughter Cedella, and wife Rita.
THE SUCCESS:
In 1973, Bob Marley finally starts touring in The U.S. One of his singers, Bunny Wailer, quits and is soon replaced by Joe Higgs, which was Bob's early singing teacher! A little while later his second backup singer and friend, Peter Tosh, also decides to quit, leaving Bob on his own.
July 18th 1975, Bob, along with his new americain group, host a concert where his first big success if recorded live, No Woman No Cry!
In 1976, Bob's first CD comes out as Rastaman Vibration, and is a great americain success. People love his music, and the spiritual sense of his verse.
Bob kept producing great hits from 1975 to 1981, and people could not get enough of how much they were touched by his words, and how much of his heart, he poured into his lyrics. On the other hand, his more lively music was just as loved!
Bob had 12 kids before he died.
1- Sharon Marley
2- Cedella Marley
3- Ziggy Marley
4- Stephen Marley
5- Robert Marley
6- Rohan Marley
7- Karen Marley
8- Stephanie Marley
9- Julian Marley
10- Ky-Mani Marley
11- Damien Marley
12- Makeda Marley
Makeda Marley, was born after Bob's sad and unfortunate death. (He did net get to meet his last baby daughter)
Bob died in Miami, Florida, May 11th, 1981.
He died of a rare toe cancer, and playing soccer only made it worse, yet it was his favourite sport. His second passion besides music.

Trashing public bathrooms
Why is it that everytime you go to use the facilities (public bathrooms) in our school, there is an overload of urine from different individuals in our highschool. When did it become a daily routine, to pee on the toilet seats, to leave you increments on the floor, and to fill the toilets, overflowing of toilet paper?
I don`t understand why people go around wasting the bathrooms` toilet paper, and do their business all over the bathroom floors. Is this meant to make other people mad? Is it the new ''cool'' thing to urinate on the floor? LOL?
Almost every single time I go to use the bathroom in my school, I can't help but to notice someone left me a big surprise in every toilet...
Seriously, what is the point of urinating or ''pooing'' on the floor, when there are 1-3 toilets, and 2 urinals right beside you?
It must be quite the accomplishment and pride for someone to be able to tell the world ''Hey guys, I did something huge today! I urinated, but guess what... this is the best part... I did it on the floor instead of the toilet!''

Bronchitis/Sinusitis
One night, I got it very bad, I was outside leaning against my car with my head down, and just completely out of it. There was a huge ammount of pressure behind my eyes and forehead, and my eye was leaking on its own. My head was pounding and pounding, and I could feel every single heartbeat in my eye brow area, which intensified the pain so much more.
Finally my girlfriend and I decided to go get it check as it was too much. Unfortunately, when we got to the clinic, there was nothing they could do but prescribe me an antibiotic. Antibiotics do not immediately stop your pain, or cure you in a second, I still had to tough out the pain for a week.
The doctor told me I had a major sinus infection, which is called Sinusitus. I also had another infection in my lungs, which is called bronchitis.
Bronchitis I was not too worried about, the only disadvantages to having it was the green flem, and a graspy cough. Although Sinusitis, or in my case, Frontal Sinusitis, is a major infection inside the eye brow, and possibly all the way down to just above the lips. My sinuses were painted with infection and this is uncureable, only preventable.

This is what was causing the severe pain, my body fighting all of these infections. Now I know to take more care in how I treat my body, wouldn`t want that happening again.
But how I got it? Not too sure.
